No. Sign-in is Discord OAuth — the first time someone signs in, their DocketsOS account is created automatically. There's no separate password to manage or lose.
If you want to. Trial and Premium servers can turn on a public site with your case database, warrants, staff roster, and law book — each one is its own on/off switch, so you control exactly what the public sees.
You map a Discord role (say, “Judge”) to a site role once in Admin Settings. After that, anyone with that Discord role can click “Join with my Discord roles” and land in the app with the matching permissions already set — no one has to manually assign roles member by member.
Whoever you say can. Every server has a role/permission editor — visibility for case notes, misconduct reports, civil records, and everything else is controlled per-role, not hardcoded.
The server doesn't disappear. It drops to the Free plan — same data, same members, just the usage caps and premium-only features (custom roles, role sync, custom design, the public link) come back into effect until you upgrade again.
